Warrior Words, a poem

All is well

I know I have purpose

I forbid my fearful self to backslide

To even think about taking the "safe for now" route

This is my destiny

Unfolding like a set path

Lit up with design and delight

I won't fear

I'm so done with that

I'm so done with that sick sidetracker

The waster of energy

That fear

I'm so done with fears detours

I am overflowing with sweet words

With warrior words

To wage war

War against the lies I've always told myself

Against the fear I beg to win

No

Not any longer

Will I take the safest looking ways?

The fulfillment is in the unknown

The risks are too

But this time I'm armed

With weapons of strength and vigilance

I am resilient

I face this destiny

My calling ever calling

How could I be numb and deaf to its call?

Deny myself

Before I deny the call

Am I afraid of where it takes me?

Where it leads?

You can be sure, I am

But I am open

I'm free to see where I belong

Who I end up being at the new beginning

I'm so free

I'm so ready

I say with a demanding prayer

"Lead me!"

And you respond with love

I trust in welcoming truth

How I love you My Leader

There is no fear left in this place

Now I'm fearless

I face my destiny

Don't I see?

Don't I believe?

I do

I'm an artist

Always have been

Always will be

No physical external circumstances could ever take that away from me

My identity is abstract

Even separate from what was just described
